Our Story

M-Plus Embroidery started out as Monogramming Plus and was later shortened to M-Plus. The Company underwent new ownership in July of 2018. We worked with the previous owner gaining the knowledge and expertise of the embroidery world, and have successfully carried on a high quality service that had previously been around almost three decades.

With new ownership, comes fresh new ideas, a new outlook, and a push toward improvement of all kinds. We’ve been working diligently on the foundation of the business for the last year and a half, upgrading equipment and revitalizing our business systems, and are now ready to move onto the next step.

Embroidery Process

If you’re new to the Embroidery Process, you might be thinking “What even is embroidery on a business scale?” Most people know of embroidery for personal projects and embellishments. But we here at M-Plus Embroidery have taken the outdated ideas of embroidery and are bringing it to the promotional side. We take your logos and designs and embroider them onto garments for your employees, company professionals, and even for company events.

Here are the simplified steps to the embroidery process:

  • Receive the logo and digitize it for embroidery machine use. (Digitizing is a word we use that means we are translating a logo, usually in the form of an image, into the embroidery language.)

  • Identify the logo, location, and logo thread color for the order

  • Check the position of the logo and what material the fabric is in order to grab the correct backing (backing is the support for the fabric we need to use in order for the embroidery design to be at it’s best quality.)

  • Using an embroidery hoop, we hoop each garment according to size, location, and material type.

  • After putting it in the embroidery machine, we remove it from the hoop and proceed to the packing process.

Contract Embroidery

Here at M-Plus Embroidery we are a Contract Embroiderer. That means when you are looking to place an order, your company provides the garments and we provide the Embroidery and Packing.

But we have another service, which we provide the means for you to get your garments, as well as provide the Embroidery and Packing for your orders. You can view our product line via the external link to our Sanmar website, there you can browse and get an idea of what items are possible.
